We aim to deliver your order right away, and will endeavour to send your order to you in one business day wherever possible.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at 22% where applicable.

Credit Card Security

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted by your browser using 128-bit encryption, before transmission directly to our payment provider. They are never seen or stored by any Metrovna staff or system, nor stored in an unencrypted form on any system.

Guarantee

All New & Ex-Demo / B-Grade goods are supplied with a full 24-month warranty from us. All secondhand goods are covered by a 6-month warranty. If your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it.

The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.

All guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
